  2. An Acreage system ties together your sensors, parlour or shed equipment, accounting, banking feeds, weather, staff and logistics into a single operating layer. Instead of ten dashboards, you get one place that tells you what is off, what is costing money, and what to do next. The same brain architecture runs across dairy, poultry, grain and livestock; only the modules and data change.

  3. Every build goes through three phases: audit, build, care. Timelines depend on scope, hardware lead times and how many existing systems we're connecting to, but you'll see working pieces of the system in stages rather than one big-bang delivery at the end. We agree the milestone plan upfront so you know exactly what lands when.

  4. The build itself sits between R500K and R1.5M depending on scope. You can pay it as a project install on milestones, or finance the same build over up to 36 months at R35K to R89K per month fixed. Hardware (cameras, sensors, tablets, network kit) is quoted separately line by line so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

  5. Track A is a scoped project install (R500K to R1.5M) paid on milestones, with an optional care retainer of R15K to R30K per month, no lock-in. Track B is the same build financed over up to 36 months at R35K to R89K per month fixed, with R25K activation plus audit upfront. In both tracks you end up owning the system; Track B just spreads the spend.

  6. You own it. On the project track you own the system from delivery. On the financed track you own it at end of term. There is no leaseback, no perpetual rental, no hostage data.

  7. We're built to plug into whatever you already run rather than replace it. Pastel, Sage, Xero, banking feeds, Starlink, LTE/5G, milk meters, RFID collars, route optimisation and the rest, they all wire into the same brain. If something on your farm doesn't speak to anything yet, we install the collection layer for it.

  8. Every farm has one or two workflows that no off-the-shelf product handles properly. That's exactly what bespoke means here: we scope it in the audit, build it as a module on the same brain, and it ships with the rest of your system. The architecture is built for that.

  9. No. Track B is finance, not SaaS. You're paying the build off over up to 36 months at a fixed monthly figure, then it's yours. The care retainer is separate and optional, with no lock-in either way.

  10. We're live and tested on dairy, poultry, grain and livestock. The same brain architecture covers sheep, citrus, aquaculture, macadamia, pork and mixed crop, with bespoke as a full track of its own. The commodity changes the modules and data feeds, not the underlying system.

  11. Integrations are modular by design. If you move from Pastel to Sage, or swap parlour software in five years, we rebuild that connector and the rest of the system carries on. That's part of why it's built to outlast the farmer, not the tool list.
